Dr. Bret Sanders for Monroe City School Board District III
For more than 30 years, Dr. Bret Sanders has served the Monroe community as a healthcare professional, business owner, mentor, husband, father, and volunteer coach.
Now, he is stepping forward to serve Monroe City Schools with the same principles that have guided his life and career: accountability, communication, fiscal responsibility, and a commitment to helping others succeed. Because every student deserves the opportunity to thrive, and every family deserves leadership they can trust.
Meet Dr. Bret Sanders
Service has always been at the center of Dr. Bret Sanders' life.
As a healthcare professional and business owner, he has spent decades helping people navigate challenges, make informed decisions, and achieve better outcomes. As a husband and father, he understands the importance of strong schools and supportive communities.
Beyond his professional career, Dr. Sanders invested years coaching soccer at Neville High School as a volunteer, mentoring student athletes and helping young people develop confidence, discipline, teamwork, and leadership.
Those experiences have reinforced what he believes today: when adults invest in students, entire communities benefit.
